$35 per device, per month (starting)

Most non-profits don't have an IT person. Or if they do, that IT person also runs programs, manages volunteers, and writes grants. The Monthly Plan is built for that reality. For a flat monthly fee per device, I keep your systems patched, your antivirus current, your machines monitored for problems, and your team out of the cycle of "something broke → nobody knows who to call → we lose half a day." I work with non-profits on flexible pricing — if $35/device doesn't fit your budget, we'll find a structure that does.

What's included every month

Managed Antivirus

Business-grade antivirus installed and actively monitored. Not the consumer kind that hopes for the best — the kind where someone watches for threats and handles them when they appear.

System Monitoring & Updates

Windows updates, driver patches, security fixes, hardware health monitoring. Failing drives get caught before they fail; vulnerabilities get patched before they're exploited.

Prepaid Service Hours

Each year includes 2 hours of hands-on service per device. New printer setup, email migration, network troubleshooting — those first hours are already paid for.

Priority Scheduling

Managed-plan clients move to the front of the queue. When something needs immediate attention, you don't wait behind one-off callers.

Discounted Hourly Rate

If you need more than your prepaid hours, the rate drops from $125/hr to $95/hr on every additional service hour for the year.

Quarterly Tech Reviews

Once a quarter, we look at what's working, what's wearing out, and what's coming up — so tech decisions are planned, not panicked.

  • Bundled into the Monthly Plan if it makes sense for your organization

What this plan does NOT include

  • Hardware purchases — if you need new machines, we'll spec and procure them, but they're billed separately
  • Major project work — office moves, server migrations, large website builds are scoped and quoted individually
  • Donor-database or accounting-software training — I can connect you to specialists for those, or include it as add-on hours
