Windows is Jerry's primary expertise — he's MCSE-certified and has 40+ years on Windows. He can handle basic Mac tasks (setup, email, file transfer, simple troubleshooting), but for deep Mac repair or hardware issues he'll be upfront about it and may refer you elsewhere. Always ask first.
