While You're Waiting

A few things you can do right now to help the situation.

If you think it's ransomware or a virus:

Disconnect the affected computer from the network (unplug the ethernet cable or turn off Wi-Fi)
Do NOT pay any ransom or click any links on the screen
Do NOT turn the computer off — leave it as-is so Jerry can see what's happening
Write down any error messages or screenshots if you can

If your server or network is down:

Check if the problem is just one computer or your whole office
Look at your router/switch — are the lights on? Any blinking red?
Check if your internet is working (try loading a website on your phone using Wi-Fi)
Don't restart the server unless Jerry tells you to — it could make things worse
